Sfouf with Turmeric

Sfouf is a delicious Lebanese semolina cake. There are many variations but this is my mom’s and definitely the favorite of everyone who tries it.

Our friend Rola of the popular food blog Rola’s Catering tried our recipe and says it’s “simply irresistible.” She recommends trying it with almonds instead of sesame and always welcomes an extra dash of turmeric in her recipes. She decorated her sfouf cake so beautifully, I’ve shared below!
