Za’atar Chicken Flatbread
Za’atar plus more for sprinkling
chicken breast cut in small cubes
Tbs lemon juice
Olive oil plus more for drizzling
Cheese feta mozzarella and Arabic cheese are my favorite to use
Start by seasoning the chicken with zaatar Salt garlic powder lemon juice and olive oil mix well to combine.
Cook the chicken in a sauté pan over high heat, if you prefer add onion and cook together.
Once the chicken is done cooking, pour the juice of one fresh lemon over it mix to combine and cut the heat.
Next brush the naan with olive oil and a sprinkle of zaatar and salt on both sides and place in Oven to toast
Once toasted top naan with chicken tomatoes cheese Zaatar and a drizzle of olive oil and any other toppings you prefer then placed back in the oven to melt the cheese and enjoy!
