Za’atar Salmon
  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and set aside in a bowl;
  2. Dip the salmon filets in the marination so it covers the filets generously.
  3. Place each dipped filet on a piece of parchment paper and top it with some thin lemon slices if desired
  4. Seal the papers so each filet cooks separately.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg C for 25 minutes.
