Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons capers drained, finely chopped
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons pitted green olives finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese optional
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar optional too
- 3 tablespoon thyme the Lebanese dried zaatar that’s ready to eat
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
- pinch of chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil plus more as needed

- Combine all of the ingredients, serve with bread and crackers for dipping!
