Cheese & Asparagus Stuffed Mushrooms by Farah's Kitchen

Instructions
  1. Start by removing the stems of the mushrooms. Set aside to use in different recipes.
  2. Discard the hard bottoms of the asparagus.
  3. Rub both the mushrooms and asparagus with olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper and place on a hot griddle to cook or a few minutes. (You can use a preheated oven if you like for 10 mins)
  4. Chop down the asparagus into small pieces.
  5. Chop down the pastrami into corn sized pieces.
  6. In a bowl combine the cream and cheeses together. Add the pastrami and asparagus. Mix well.
  7. Turn on the broiler in your oven to 200 degrees
  8. Stuff the mushrooms with the cheese mix and place into the preheated oven on the upper shelf to melt the cheese and attain a golden color, 7 to 10 mins.
