- 16 ounces loaf French or Italian bread = 1 loaf
- 1/2 cup Za’atar blend
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Mix the Za’atar with olive oil to make Za’atar paste, then set a side.
- Make 1 inch slices into the bread, making sure not to cut all the way through, you need the bottom crust to stay attached together.
- Scope Za’atar paste between the bread slices and spread it a little.
- Spread any extra paste on the outside crust and give it a quick gentle rub.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil sheet. Then bake it for 15 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes inside the foil before opening it.
- Serve it by itself or with your favorite snack like labneh, cheese or vegetables.
