This dish is very easy to prepare, no specific recipe just few steps to follow.

Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- pita bread
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 clove garlic mashed
- 1 tablespoon tahini paste
- nuts toasted, for garnish

Instructions
- Cut the pita bread into small pieces and deep fry till golden, remove and place on a paper towel.
- In a pot boil the chickpeas to be tender. Leave aside to reach room temperature.
- In a bowl mix the yogurt, garlic, tahini and salt.
- Assembly: In a big dish, place the fried pita bread pieces and spread, above them add the room temperature chickpeas (drain excess juice) and on top add the yogurt mixture (last step before serving) Finally add the nuts and garnish with parsley or mint. Serve quickly and enjoy!
