This versatile vinaigrette can be used on fruits and on salty items like salads, grilled veggies, pasta and more.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1.5 tbsp zaatar
- 1/4 cup Agave syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- Mint Leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger optional, check notes
- 2 cloves garlic optional, check notes

Instructions
- In a salad bottle, add all the ingredients Give it a good shake
- Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight
- Serve over favorite recipe
Recipe Notes
– You can add a little extra agave based on the recipe You are going to do if it contains fruits or for something more sweet.
– You can add garlic and ginger depending on the recipe you are using this mint vinaigrette in ( ex: salads or grilled veggies or chicken marination..). If it is a sweet recipe, omit the ginger and garlic.
