Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter melted + for brushing the skillet
- Zaatar mix

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and butter until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Stir for a few seconds before using.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium.
- Lightly coat with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter into center of skillet, and tilt the pan until batter evenly coats the bottom.
- Cook until crepe is golden in places
- Gently flip crepe and cook on the second side.
- Slide crepe onto a paper towel-lined plate.
- Repeat the process until you finish the batter.
- Spread the zaatar mix and enjoy!!
