Ingredients
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 avocados
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 19 oz chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 tablespoons olive oil (4 for garnish, 1 in the hummus)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 teaspoon black seeds for garnish
- 1 teaspoon sumac for garnish

Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a food processor (except those for garnish) and blend until smooth (stop halfway and stir, then blend again).
- Add ripe avocados to the mixture and blend again until incorporated and smooth.
Recipe Notes
- For this recipe, you can make half with the avocados and leave half traditional hummus, or double the avocados and make all of it avocado hummus
