Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350F)
  2. Mix all the flatbread ingredients together until blended
  3. Let rest for 15 minutes
  4. Roll the dough on a flat board covered with flour.
  5. Cut as much dough as needed and spread the olive oil + Zaatar mix on top of it.
  6. Bake for 15 min.
  7. You can top the Man'ouche with vegetables like tomato, cucumber, parsley, olives, radish or any other type of veggie, and you're ready to have the most delicious treat ever.

  • Serve with labne. Recipe for our homemade labne here
  • Zaatar mix is made of thyme, roasted sesame seeds, sumac and some salt (sometimes oregano too). It is available at Middle Eastern markets.
