Ingredients
- 1 kg salmon filets
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 lemons juiced + zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp Zaatar mix
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 garlic cloves mashed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp 7 spices blend
- slices lemon optional

Instructions
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together and set aside in a bowl;
- Dip the salmon filets in the marination so it covers the filets generously.
- Place each dipped filet on a piece of parchment paper and top it with some thin lemon slices if desired
- Seal the papers so each filet cooks separately.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg C for 25 minutes.
