Fattoush chips method: tightly roll up layered pita bread and slice along every half inch or so. Set each piece tightly together in baking dish with interior side facing up and coat with oil. Bake until golden! They can also be fried 😍
REAL Za’atar ❤️ I’ve been seeing so much REAL Za’atar ❤️

I’ve been seeing so much about za’atar lately, and I’m excited that it is catching on but have to remind everyone to check the ingredients! Many products contain all kinds of fillers...including wheat, orange peels (???), lemon peels, regular oregano or regular thyme, among others.

I import authentic Lebanese za’atar to Cleveland and make my products here. Za’atar, toasted sesame seeds, sumac, and salt to bring it all together. THAT’S IT.

Stuffed dates round III 🤩 They are a deliciou Stuffed dates round III 🤩

They are a delicious, nutrient and energy-rich snack that we always have on hand, especially during Lent & fasting.

What is your favorite way to enjoy dates?
Another vegan favorite for Lent- Eggplant and caul Another vegan favorite for Lent- Eggplant and cauliflower 😍

You can fry or bake them but today we cooked the cauliflower in the air fryer (toss in olive oil, cook for 15 minutes + on 325F), and grilled the eggplant on the indoor grill, both with a side of tarator tahini sauce... SO good. What’s your favorite way to make “arnabeet”?!
