If you want an impressive dinner, then it’s this classic combination of lamb and Za’atar. It’s divine when paired with figs, grapes and slices of sour green cooking apples.
Za’atar roasted lamb chops with figs, grapes and apples.
Mix together all of the marinade ingredients
Leave in the fridge for an hour or so
Take the chops out of the fridge 15 minutes before you’re going to roast
Put them on a large baking tray with half of the marinade over a parchment paper
( leave the rest of the marinade for later)
Add the figs, grapes, slices of apples
Drizzle some of the remaining marinade over
Continue to roast for another 15 to 20 minutes ( cook it less or more according to your preference)
Remove from the oven. Decorate with chopped parsley and serve while hot.
