We had these cheese stuffed mnakish in Batroun this summer (video in my @yourlebanon IG reels) and had to remake them at home!

Bake 375F for ~15 minutes!
Biscuit au chocolat! I love my mom’s recipe beca Biscuit au chocolat! I love my mom’s recipe because it uses cocoa instead of melted chocolate with tea biscuits and it all goes together SO perfectly!

Garlic-Lemon Baked Chicken (Djej w Batata)! Tons o Garlic-Lemon Baked Chicken (Djej w Batata)! Tons of garlic and lemon juice make this flavorful traditional Lebanese dish a family favorite! 

I shared this originally on my @terraneanherbs TikTok with our Mediterranean inspired seasoning but since Lebanese garlic baked chicken is trending now (thanks to @mamaghanouj_kitchen 😘) I’m sharing it again here! Ingredients are below and you can find the full recipe on my website yourlebanon .com in the 2018 recipe posts ☺️ ♥️ 

INGREDIENTS
5 medium potatoes sliced horizonitally, half an inch thick
3 pounds boneless chicken thighs and drumsticks can use either or both
2 medium onions each cut into four pieces
4 dried bay leaves
12 cloves garlic diced
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon oregano
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
3 cinnamon sticks
