Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pistachios, walnuts, almonds, cashews ground
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 15 pitted dates
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/2 tablespoon rose water
- 1/2 tablespoon blossom water

Instructions
- Add all ingredients (reserve half the ground nuts & all shredded coconuts) to a blender and blend until smooth
- Roll date balls in coconuts, or any of the ground nuts.
- Set in freezer to solidify
