Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup fine semolina
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup oil or butter
- 1/4 tablespoon blossom water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 egg beaten
- chocolate chips or block of chocolate, cut up
- seeds pumpkin or others
- raisins

Instructions
- Dissolve the turmeric in hot water. Whisk together the oil, sugar, warm water, beaten egg and vanilla.
- Sift the dry ingredient over the wet ingredients then mix until incorporated
- Fill the muffin cups with 1/4 cup batter and top with nuts, chocolate, and raisins of your choice.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F (180C).
