Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cup full fat milk
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom
- 1 piece mastic (mectkeh) grounded with sugar

Instructions
- In a pot add all the ingredients except orange blossom and mastic, whisk until combined
- Apply to medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens just like a pudding
- Add the orange blossom and mastic , mix one last time
- Scoop in glasses and let it cool to room temperature
- Allow to cool in fridge till serving
- Garnish with pistachio and if available, oriental cotton candy
