Instructions
  1. In a pot add all the ingredients except orange blossom and mastic, whisk until combined
  2. Apply to medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens just like a pudding
  3. Add the orange blossom and mastic , mix one last time
  4. Scoop in glasses and let it cool to room temperature
  5. Allow to cool in fridge till serving
  6. Garnish with pistachio and if available, oriental cotton candy
