Za’atar Bread Loaf Recipe

Za'atar Bread Loaf
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Mix the Za’atar with olive oil to make Za’atar paste, then set a side.
  3. Make 1 inch slices into the bread, making sure not to cut all the way through, you need the bottom crust to stay attached together.
  4. Scope Za’atar paste between the bread slices and spread it a little.
  5. Spread any extra paste on the outside crust and give it a quick gentle rub.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil sheet. Then bake it for 15 minutes.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes inside the foil before opening it.
  8. Serve it by itself or with your favorite snack like labneh, cheese or vegetables.
