Chicken Freekeh by Tamam's Kitchen
Sprinkle chicken with salt and oil and roast at 400F (200C)
Fry onions in a pan with oil until its color turns slightly brown.
Drain the freekeh and stir fry it for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken stock and cook it as you would cook rice
When it’s done, transfer it to a serving plate then garnish it with nuts and arrange the roasted chicken on top as the final touch.
