Ingredients
- 1 short crust pastry
- 5 oz spinach
- 6.5 oz fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspon black pepper crushed
- 2 cloves garlic mashed
- 2 oz pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Put the short crust in the tarte tray and spread the dried chickpeas inside to prevent the dough from raising. Set in the oven for 10 min at 350.
- In a pan over medium heat, add the butter, garlic, garlic powder, and the squeezed spinach and mix well.
- Add salt and pepper to the spinach mixture, then the cream and keep for over low heat for 5 min.
- Remove the chickpeas from the crust and add the creamy spinach mixture. Set back in the oven for 10 more min.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and drizzle of balsamic vinegar
