  1. Cover bottom of tray with biscuits
  2. Add custard powder, sugar & milk to a pot over stove top and mix together
  3. Put heat on low until the custard powder dissolves into the milk, then put the heat on high medium
  4. Constantly stir on medium high for 15 minutes, then set to low and continue to stir until it boils. When it boils turn off the stove top. Custard will thicken.
  5. Once thickened, pour custard over the biscuits in the tray.
  6. Add layer of biscuits at the top.
  7. Leave out to cool Once cooled set in fridge to further solidify.
