- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mint
- 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

- With a mortar and pestle, grind the garlic, salt and mint together
- Mix in the lemon juice and olive oil
