Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes cut into cubes
- 5 cloves garlic crushed
- coriander finely chopped
- dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon cayenne ppepper
- salt
- hot pepper paste optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Half fry the potatoes
- Drain the potatoes
- Place potatoes in the freezer for one hour
- Meanwhile, sautee the garlic, fresh and dried coriander in oil
- Add hot pepper paste or spice (optional)
- Re fry the potatoes until golden and crispy
- Add paprika to the potato after frying
- Combine the potato and coriander, mix well and cook together for one minute
