Spicy Potatoes (Batata Harra) By Rana Chahine

Instructions
  1. Half fry the potatoes
  2. Drain the potatoes
  3. Place potatoes in the freezer for one hour
  4. Meanwhile, sautee the garlic, fresh and dried coriander in oil
  5. Add hot pepper paste or spice (optional)
  6. Re fry the potatoes until golden and crispy
  7. Add paprika to the potato after frying
  8. Combine the potato and coriander, mix well and cook together for one minute
