In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and butter until smooth.
Stir for a few seconds before using.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium.
Lightly coat with butter.
Pour 1/4 cup batter into center of skillet, and tilt the pan until batter evenly coats the bottom.
Cook until crepe is golden in places
Gently flip crepe and cook on the second side.
Slide crepe onto a paper towel-lined plate.
Repeat the process until you finish the batter.
Spread the zaatar mix and enjoy!!
