Za’atar Roasted Lamb Chops

If you want an impressive dinner, then it’s this classic combination of lamb and Za’atar. It’s divine when paired with figs, grapes and slices of sour green cooking apples.

Instructions
  1. Mix together all of the marinade ingredients
  2. Pour it over the chops
  3. Leave in the fridge for an hour or so
  4. Preheat the oven
  5. Take the chops out of the fridge 15 minutes before you’re going to roast
  6. Remove from the marinade
  7. Put them on a large baking tray with half of the marinade over a parchment paper
  8. ( leave the rest of the marinade for later)
  9. Roast for 15 minutes
  10. Add the figs, grapes, slices of apples
  11. Drizzle some of the remaining marinade over
  12. Continue to roast for another 15 to 20 minutes ( cook it less or more according to your preference)
  13. Remove from the oven. Decorate with chopped parsley and serve while hot.
