Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup liquid milk
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup of black seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 3 fresh thyme bunches

Instructions
- Remove thyme leaves, wash them, dry them and put them on a towel until they dry and then grind them with the electric grinder.
- Mix the dry ingredients together then add the liquid ones and the ground thyme and knead the ingredients by hand until the dough becomes coherent.
- On a dry surface put a little olive oil and a piece of dough and roll it thin and cut it into circles.
- Transfer the dough circles to the oven tray without putting oil in the bottom or parchment paper and then put in the preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for 10 minutes or until they become golden in color.
- They can be kept in a tightly sealed container.
