Shairiyeh (Vermicelli Rice)
Add the butter, oil, and vermicelli to pot and cook until medium to dark brown
Add the rice, stir, then add the water and salt. Set over medium heat and cover
When boil starts, mix the rice and set to low heat and let it simmer until the water evaporates. Salt to taste
- This rice is great with labneh or laban
- It is a great side for many of the main dishes
